Students will demonstrate an understanding of the procedure for and the importance of:
  • doing the dishes (by hand, dishwasher)
  • washing the counter
  • setting the table
  • cleaning out the fridge
  • putting away groceries
  • cleaning the  stove
  • cleaning the oven
  • defrosting the fridge
  • defrosting the freezer
  • dispose of leftovers
  • sweeping floor
  • mopping floor
  • wiping small appliances
  • wiping out drawers and cupboards
  • checking fridge and freezer contents after a power outage
  • composting
